Secondary Music Merimbula Jazz Festival Excursion

Stage 5 and 6 (Years 9-11) students enrolled in Music as an elective are invited to participate in an Education Excursion to the Merimbula Jazz Festival occurring in Term 2 (Thursday 8th - Monday 12th June 2023).

The festival occurs over the June Long Weekend every year and is renowned for being one of the largest and most prestigious in the southern hemisphere attracting highly skilled musicians from all around Australia. This year it is the 41st anniversary of the festival and it is looking to be a marvellous occasion.

This is an exciting opportunity for students as they will have the chance to see and experience high-quality, live jazz music as well as participate in several other exciting activities listed below.
